We harvested a a lot today... two quarts and two pints of cherry tomatoes, five big tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans (a lot of them), two yellow squash, swiss chard, kale, peppers, and two beets!
It was awesome, we have so many vegetables! But, Alas, we have a bad infestation of Squash Bugs. And they are bad, and there are lots of them.
Good thing we've already had lots of summer squash, and as long as they stay away from the butternut, I'll be okay. But they are still very gross.
The beets look good, and our stand is being stocked each day, and we have had some people stop by and get some free veggies. It makes us all feel nice and we hope they love our vegetables!
